SkipSeen has been removed

Two settings exist for exactly this: Never skip exempts a channel you like to rewatch, and you can raise how much of a video counts as watched (it starts at 30%). If you'd like to give it another go:

Reinstall SkipSeen

Let's see what happened

SkipSeen only skips when autoplay moves on by itself, and YouTube tabs that were already open need a reload after installing. The support page covers the rest. If it still didn't work, email me and I'll help.
